Thai Saucy Ribs

Ingredients ( A ) :
600gm pork ribs ( cut into pieces )
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce

( B ) :
1 cup Thai Chilli Sauce
2 pcs Thai Lime leaves
3 tbsp water

Method :
1) Mix (A ) and marinade for 1 hour, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, dish out and drain.
2) Put ribs and ( B ) in wok, stir evenly, remove and serve hot.
