Ingredients :
3 fuji apples ( skinned )
5 pears ( with skin )
5 fig
1 LUO HAN GUO
50g dried Longan
100g red dates
50 dates
5g cinnamon stick
10g HE SHOU WU
13 bowls water
Seasoning :
Adequate of salt
Method :
Boil the water, then add in all ingredients and cook in low heat for 3 1/2 hour, done.
