Corn Burdock Soup

Ingredients :
100g Burdock ( slice thickly )
1 corn ( cut into blocks )
50g black eye beans ( soaked )
10 red dates
2 slices 'TANG GUI'
some 'JIZI'
4 bowls water

Seasoning :
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mushroom stock

Method :
Add all ingredients and water, stew for 3-4hours.
