Malay Fried Chicken


Ingredients:
500g of chicken pieces
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 packet (20g) Maggi Malay-style Fried Chicken Mix
Oil for frying
Grated carrot for garnishing

Method:
1)Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
2)Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
3)Garnish with grated carrot.
4)Serve hot with Maggi garlic sauce, chilli sauce or Thai chilli sauce.
